Our story
V2 Warehousing & Management LLP was incorporated in January 2019 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, with a clear purpose — to give manufacturers, distributors and e-commerce businesses reliable warehousing and industrial space in the fastest-growing logistics corridor of North India.
What sets us apart is that we are facility developers, not just brokers. We design and build pre-engineered (PEB) warehouses, lease ready space, and manage facilities end to end. One team, one accountable partner, from ground to handover.
Today we operate alongside a group of sister companies — including V6 Warehousing LLP and Green Space Warehousing LLP — giving us the scale and portfolio to serve businesses of every size across Ghaziabad, Noida and the wider NCR.

V2 Warehousing & Management LLP incorporated
Registered at SE-140, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad (LLPIN AAO-1803, RoC Kanpur) to serve warehousing and industrial real estate needs across NCR.
2023
Dadri PEB warehouse delivered
Designed and delivered a 31,645 sq. ft. pre-engineered warehouse at Dadri in just 43 days — proof of our build capability.
